About Huawei Finland R&D

We are looking for a Quality Operations Intern to join our Quality and Operation function team. In this position, you will report to and work alongside with our COO, supporting day to day operational tasks relevant to Huawei Research & Development activities (R&D) in Finland.

Main Responsibilities:

• Process Operations: Continuously conduct integrated operational analysis of processes and business regulations through operation sandboxes, effectively identifying issues related to process efficiency, quality, and risks. Enable process compliance and drive efficiency improvements.
• Operational Support: Undertake specialized tasks in operational support areas, such as decision-making support, BG (Business Group) business operations, and performance management. You will be responsible for the quality of work and achieving target results.
• Digital Operations: Design digital operation tools, solidify regional operational capabilities, and ensure their service-oriented nature and successful implementation. Perform regular maintenance of digital operation dashboards. Continuously empower regional operations through digital tools and analytical methods, providing support for frontline operations and managing issue resolution.
• Support for Other Specialized Operational Tasks: Provide daily operational support in areas such as network security and knowledge management, using platform data analysis to support the execution of strategic initiatives within these domains.

Qualification and Detailed Requirements:

• Very Fluent English; Fluent communication skills in Chinese is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree or higher is required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in administration or project management.
• Familiar with project management methods, KPI management, and experience in R&D project management would be better;
• Familiar with the tools and methods related to quality management;
• Clear thinking, good understanding, active work and able to withstand certain working pressures;
• Good service awareness, openness, strong communication skills, and good connection with people.
