Now you have the opportunity to join our Graphics team at Huawei Finland Research Center and help develop 3D graphics IDE and tools that enable developers and designers to bring their design ideas to products. 

Responsibilities 

As a 3D IDE & Tools Developer, you will design and develop our in-house 3D graphics IDE and its tools that help developers and designers to work more creatively and efficiently. You'll build features that enhance how users create, edit, and visualize 3D content, connect these tools to our rendering systems, and ensure that workflows are smooth and efficient. 

You will collaborate closely with the graphics team to deliver a seamless creator experience, while handling debugging and resolving issues to ensure the tools remain reliable. 

Requirements 

• Strong understanding of 2D and 3D graphics rendering principles and runtime requirements. 
• Hands-on experience with industry-leading tools such as Unity, Unreal, Godot, Kanzi, Qt Creator, Blender, or similar in-house tools. 
• Good understanding of UI frameworks and how they integrate into IDE tools. 
• Solid programming experience with QML and C++. 
• Experience in debugging and performance optimization, especially in graphics or complex tooling environments. 
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

Location: On-site in Tampere or Helsinki, Finland.

This position is a full-time consultant position and the contract will be signed with our supplier.
