We are looking for a Project Assistant to join our Terminal antenna and RF lab. Our team is responsible for improving the communications competitiveness of Huawei Device products through technological innovation of antenna and RF.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Line Manager and Project Owner under assigned resources, deadlines, and project targets
• Coordinate daily operations and support project team
• Organize project/team meetings and workshops including generating meeting minutes
• Organize international conferences when in need
• Monitor and report the project deliverables
• Coordinate a cross functional team to deliver the project requirements
• Support project budget forecasting and monitor the execution
• Maintain project milestones and documentations
• Support the project asset management and procurement
• Support the patent process, contract signing, and GDPR consulting
• Perform other assistant duties as assigned such as arranging team activities and handle administrative tasks e.g. working timesheet and travel management for team consultants, onboarding arrangement for new team members, etc.

Qualifications and Detailed Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or relevant fields
• 1-2 years work experience in a similar position
• Project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle complex resource balancing
• Superior organization skills and adept at multi-tasking as well as efficient, independent and result oriented working style
• Flexibility and a willingness to take challenges
• Great communication skills
• Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is considered as a huge advantage

Start Date: As soon as possible, preferably in early Nov. 2024.

Contract Type: This is a full-time consultant position, the consultant shall be employed by Huawei's supplier.
